Boogie Boogie Group performance - 3min and ICC Idol Solo Performance – 2min
The content of the program will be reviewed by the cultural Director.
There will be no duplication of the item. The song/dance number is selected will be purely on first come first served basis.
Certificates will be given to all Participants.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Due to overwhelming response from the community to participate in the cultural program, there will be no last minute entries.
Dead line for the entries 15^th of January 2011.

By signing this form I agree to abide by the rules set forth by the Cultural Program Committee and Director. In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I waive and release any and all claims for myself and my heirs against any member of the Cultural Program Committee and India Culture Center, Houston and sponsors of the Program for any injury or illness resulting for my participation in this event.
