ICC reserves the right to disqualify without refund, any contestant and/or contestants family for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Registration Fee: $25.00. The fee should accompany your entry form before the deadline. Entry form must be completely filled out. Checks payable to ICC, Houston Send to: Pageant Director, India Culture Center (ICC), 8888 West Belfort, Suite 210D, Houston TX 77031 Please direct questions to Jasmeeta Singh or Manisha Mehta Judging: Participants will be judged on Ethnic (Indian) costume/attire, walk, confidence and Talent. Participants will meet the judges prior to their appearance on stage. First round will be judged for your costume, walk, confidence, smile and overall presentation. Second round is judged on your 2 min talent performed. After the second round, Top 5 contestants will be announced and these top 5 are eligible to enter the Final Q&A round, out of which 3 winners will be picked. Prizes: There will be One winner (Miss Teen India - TX/USA) and two runner ups. There will be additional Titles and prizes. Contest Rules:
All contestants need to be at Stafford Center on Cash Rd by 1:00 PM. Contestants who arrive after 2:00 PM will be dropped out of the contest. Make up and Hair updo services will be provided with first come first serve basis. Parent(s) of each contestant must be of Indian origin ICC has the final say in all matters concerning the Contest Winners may participate in India Fest in August 2010 All contestants and their parent or guardian must agree to be a good sport and treat other contestants and ICC coordinators with respect.
