We can achieve a lot more if we focus our energy on issues over events and community over individual ego.

Good morning. First of all I would like to congratulate you and your team for the successful program with new YLDP project. While it is easier to say and very hard to execute the humongous projects like the one you and your team did, there are certain things one could improve the same program in the coming years. Organizing is just complex by nature and all we can do is minimize the errors that are within the acceptable standard error. Don't forget to feel good about the YLDP - project initiation.

Program was very succesful because of right planning, implementation, and complete dedication of volenteers.
